Fives Landis Corp (CITCO Tools) is actively seeking a 1st & 2nd shift CNC Programmer & Operator to join its teams in Concord Twp., Ohio. Conveniently located off Auburn Rd. and the intersection of Route 44 / Interstate 90.

In this role, the CNC Programmer & Operator will program and operate NEW CNC (Computer Numerical Control) mills and lathes to manufacture high-precision components according to engineering specifications. The CNC Programmer & Operator will need to ensure the production of quality parts using various inspection equipment to ensure each part meets the customers' prints.

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your role will be to:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for various machines based on engineering drawings and specifications.

• Utilize CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing) software to generate tool paths for machining operations.

• Responsible to read and make programming edits as needed.

• Set up CNC machines, including loading raw materials, securing workpieces, and selecting appropriate tooling.

• Conduct thorough inspections of machined parts to verify conformance to design specifications.

• Verification of CNC machined parts; inspect tool geometry using various measuring tools.

SKILLS & EDUCATION

• Previous CNC & programming experience preferred.

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience preferred.

• Familiar with CNC mills and lathes.

• Solidworks & Mach3 CAD/CAM software experience a plus.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

• Experience working with tight tolerance parts.

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.

• Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal guidance, as well as in a team setting.

• Schedule: 8-10 hour shifts
• 1st shift: 7:00 am

• 3:30 pm

• 2nd Shift: 3:30 pm

• 12:00 am

• Some overtime available

• Pay scale based on experience
