CNC Programmer

We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Computer Numerical Control programming and operation within millworking/woodworking environment, proficiency in CNC software, and strong technical drawing interpretation skills.

You'll play a key role in bringing our custom millwork projects to life by creating and operating CNC programs for efficient and high-quality production. Responsibilities: Translate technical drawings and project requirements into optimized CNC programs. Operate CNC machinery with precision to produce intricate woodworking components.

Set up and configure CNC machines for efficient production runs. Maintain a keen eye on production processes, ensuring quality control and optimal machine performance. Perform regular preventative maintenance and troubleshoot CNC equipment for seamless operations.

Collaborate effectively with project managers and designers to guarantee CNC programs meet project specifications. Qualifications/Skills: Proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Operator in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.

Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications. The ability to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain CNC machinery with confidence. Excellent problem-solving skills and an eye for detail.
