CNC Operator

Tubelite Inc.

Principal Duties and Accountabilities include, but not limited to:

• Read and interpret work orders to ensure prepped material is correct

• Lift and load material into CNC machine

• Operate pre-programmed numeric controlled CNC machine

• Recognize and report obvious quality or machine difficulties

• Perform other assembly functions as needed

• Performs housekeeping and preventative maintenance responsibilities as needed.

• Responsible for following documented procedures as well as producing and ensuring product meets or exceeds established product specifications.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to read and understand work instructions and work orders in English

• Ability to work in team environment to ensure production goals are met

• Basic computer skills

• Previous CNC experience

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communications skills

• Ability to lift 50 pounds

• Ability to repetitively bend, lift, and twist

• Willingness and ability to cross-train into all assembly positions

• Excellent attendance

• Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours

• Must be able to maintain a high rate of efficiency
