Essential Duties: · Demonstrate proficiency in setting up machines independently and following written work instructions. · Make quality parts that meet or exceed customer drawings and internal operation sheet requirements. · Demonstrate the ability to read and understand customer drawings, and use proper inspection methods to check work using hard gages/plate checks. · Follow company procedures and complete all documentation accurately associated with job travelers and SPC charts. · Run multiple machines when cycle time reasonable permits while maintain a high level of quality.· Your Qualifications: · Proficient in use of CNC Milling machines, (3 & 4 axis) using rotary tables for positional and true 4 axis machining. Ideally experienced with running Okuma controls, but not required. · Familiar with inspection tools, machinery, and manufacturing procedures. · Detail orientated, knowledge of GD&T, machining, computers, quality, safety and team/independent working. · Must be dependable, able to work independently with minimal supervision and possess strong work ethics to accomplish tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
