Responsible for preventative and daily maintenance of production burn tables, press brake, and numerous state-of-the-art CNC machining centers to include Mazak, Giddings & Lewis (G&L), Haas, and Okuma. THIS IS A 3rd SHIFT POSITION ONLY 10:00PM-06:00AM CST Resume submissions must include a complete relevant work history and detailed duties and experiences to be considered.   Quarterly Gain Sharing up to 10% Essential Functions: Perform breakdown maintenance on CNC equipment including diagnosing and repair/replacement of defective parts -electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic. Perform simple and complex preventative maintenance on CNC, production and building equipment.
  
  Interpret hydraulic/electrical drawings and technical repair manuals for breakdown diagnostics using various tools. Operate equipment including forklift, man lift, etc. Work and interact effectively in a team environment Minimum Required Qualifications:
  
  Technical degree in electronics/CNC maintenance or equivalent or 4 years' experience in electrical, hydraulic and mechanical repair. Including troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair and preventative maintenance. Ability to read and interpret machine blueprint and drawings.
  
  Desired Qualifications Experience with production and building equipment maintenance Work Environment Work various shifts and workday schedules including nights and weekends- If deemed your schedule Work in environment with frequently changing temperatures and all weather conditions Exposure to magnets that may impact medical devices Physical Requirements Noise levels of 85db or greater Lift up to 35lbs frequently Work at multiple heights Climb on equipment, machines, ladders, man lifts and various step stools Stand for a minimum of 8 hour shifts with minimal breaks Kneel, squat, and crawl on knees Work in awkward positions, including forward reach, lateral reach, squat, overhead reaching, twisting and forward head and rotation of neck. Work in tight spaces Repetitive grasping, pushing, pulling rotating Use of fine motor skills Use of maintenance hand tools Additional Information: Shift: 3rd Shift; 10:00PM-06:00AM CST Compensation:
  
  Grade 6; Hourly Hourly Role: Approximate annual hourly: $60-75K Quarterly Gain Sharing bonus.
  
  Additional hourly shift differential of $1.25 HR.
