  Must be able to program and aid machine operators in set up of machines such as Mills, lathes, mill turns and other machines as required. Review blueprints, drawings, specifications or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of part/product, sequence of operations, and/or setup operations. Set speeds and feeds of machines and edit G & M code from CNC controller.
  
  Program and machine complex and high tolerance components. Design fixtures and tooling to setup complex machining operations for experimental parts. Calculate and set controls to regulate various machine factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, and depth and angle of cut.
  
  Serves as a backup for Machinists and perform Machinist work when needed. Ensures the most economical and efficient process to manufacture parts. Ensures the most economical and efficient tooling is used for each operation.
  
  Verify conformance of finished part to ensure that it meets specifications. Provide Shop documentation to aid in setup of machines. Maintain clean and orderly work area.
  
  Comply with all company policies, rules, guidelines and behavior expectations. Perform other duties as requested by the Company. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  
  Ability to interpret blueprints, drawing, specifications and determine dimensions and tolerances. Strong skills using CAM software's (Siemens NX is a plus). Skilled in making N/C programs for 3 & 4 axis mills, lathes w/ live tooling, and mill turn. Machines include Haas vf2, Doosan Mx2100st, Doosan Mx2600st, and Doosan Lynx Skilled in the use of measuring tools and equipment (micrometers, calipers, indicators, height gauges, thread gauges, and plug gauges, air gauges, and optical comparator). Computer skills:
  
  Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word. Skilled in making N/C programs for assigned equipment. Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide numbers.
  
  Excel in a fast-paced work environment. Required Education and Experience: High School Diploma.
  
  Two or more years of actual machining experience and operation of CNC machinery (mills, lathes, etc.). Preferred Qualifications: Trade or technical school training. Physical Requirements:
  
  Adhere to all PPE requirements. Manual dexterity and sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time. Frequent bending, stooping, reaching and crouching.
  
  Visual acuity to complete precision machining and to read printed and electronic documents. Lifting and/or exerting of force up to 50 pounds frequently and team lifting heavier items. Frequent driving of motor vehicles or mobile equipment.
