About Us: Advantage Technical Services is a premier staffing agency specializing in connecting talented individuals with leading companies. We are currently recruiting for a reputable company in need of a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team on a direct hire basis.

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machinist to join our client's manufacturing team.

As a CNC Machinist, you will be responsible for manufacturing and inspecting high precision products of varying complexity under minimal supervision. This is a direct hire position with regular hours from Monday to Friday, providing stability and a great work-life balance.

Essential Functions:

Set up and operate various CNC machine tools following company policies and procedures.

Perform repetitive production machining operations based on engineering drawings and work instructions.

Inspect parts produced to ensure they meet quality standards.

Transmit and receive CNC programs and maintain production records.

Provide technical assistance and on-the-job training to other team members as needed.

Collaborate with colleagues in a professional manner to achieve production goals.

Required Competencies:

Attention to detail and precision in manufacturing processes.

Ability to work effectively with colleagues in a cooperative manner.

Strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Basic computer skills for operating CNC machines and maintaining records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical school training preferred.

Minimum of 3 of experience in CNC machining.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.

Experience with a variety of CNC machine tools and equipment.

Problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
