CNC Machinist

ROMCO is hiring a Skilled Precision CNC (& Manual) Machinist for FULL-TIME Long-term employment: Machinists need Minimum 5 years' experience to apply now. • Machinists and Operators are capable of performing setups & edits as needed. • Skilled Machinists own their own tools and can make tooling and build setups as well as make edits and run production.

CAM programming experience is a plus. Can you perform your own setups, create your own tooling using company materials/equipment? Can you run production, hold close tolerances and perform process inspection of your work as needed?

Must be: An EXPERIENCED and Skilled CNC Machinist PROFICIENT with prints & precision measuring tools as well as Lathe and Mill tooling. Experience and SKILL IN: setup, tooling, operation of common CNC controls & program language for both Lathes and Machining centers.

ROMCO runs Okuma, Hurco, Haas, Tsugami & other CNC & Manual equipment. Preferred Applicants will have expertise in these areas: G-Code, Conversational, Fanuc, OSP, Centroid, Mastercam, Solidworks, AutoCad, Hi-Speed Machining, 3D milling, Live tooling, Carbide and Ceramic tooling.

EXPERIENCE in machining all High Nickel Alloys, Stainless of all grades, Alloy Steels, Aluminum alloys & Plastics are a plus. 5 years MINIMUM Skilled Machinist experience necessary.
