CNC Machinist

Position: CNC Machinist Location/s:

Marion, OH Duration: Full-time, Contract to Hire Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM), 2nd Shift, and 3rd Shift are available Pay Rate: Starting at $19.00/hr. (Depending on experience) Benefits/Incentives:

Insurance Offered (Medical, Dental, Vision, etc.) Job Description: We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in both lathe and mill operations, with a strong emphasis on versatility and precision.

Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling, etc. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to determine machining operations. Inspect finished products for quality and ensure they meet specifications.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery as they arise. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience as a CNC Machinist, with a focus on lathe and mill operations preferred. Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Strong attention to detail and precision.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Pre-Employment Requirements:
