Position Overview
Join our team as a CNC Machinist Level III and become an integral part of our manufacturing excellence. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a team-oriented environment and is committed to producing precision parts and tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Program, set up, and operate CNC milling machines, lathes, drill presses, sanders, buffers, bench grinders, and various hand tools using CAD/CAM software.
- Interpret blueprints, sketches, and verbal instructions to produce accurate work.
- Assist with material and supply orders, receipt, and storage.
- Perform equipment repairs and modifications under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Complete documentation for work orders, including time and materials used.
- Adhere to safety, regulatory, and company policies (OSHA/ITAR/AS9100).
- Engage in continuous improvement and support all production activities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficient in CAD/CAM programming with minimal assistance.
- Capable of making 3-axis and 5-axis CNC parts from start to finish independently.
- Knowledgeable in feeds, speeds, and multiple part processing methods.
- Ability to read prints with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Experience teaching and transferring knowledge to peers.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Shop math proficiency, computer literacy, and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with CNC machining in ITAR and/or AS9100 regulated environments.
- LEAN/TPM manufacturing experience.
- Prior work with startups or small business scale-ups.

Working Hours
- 1st Shift: 7 AM to 5 PM
- 2nd Shift: 5 PM to 3 AM
- Monday to Thursday schedule with no Friday work required (except for leadership roles).
