CNC Machinist - KD

Job Description Job Description Do you have CNC operation experience? If so, we have an opportunity available for you to operate CNC Machines.

Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Job Duties: Operate CNC mill, lathe, drill press, and saw machines Maintain a quality level of all parts produced, take inspections using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools to correlate to prints Any discrepancies must be brought to the attention of the Machine Shop Manager immediately Read customer prints for specific parts Understand cycle times and time estimates Load and unload material of various weight limits Maintain machine and area around it in a net, clean, and orderly manner Control projects to insure the minimum of waste of materials Follow all company policies and procedures Job Qualifications:

Must have prior experience operating CNC Machines Must be familiar with CNC mill, lathe, drill press, and saw machines Must have the ability to inspect parts and accurately use micrometers, calipers, and other measuring tools Must understand cycle times and time estimates Must be able to read customer prints The ability to maintain machine and area around it in a net, clean, and orderly manner is required Must be capable of following all company policies and procedures Only candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered.
