CNC Machinist

Overview:

Dynatect Manufacturing is a leading machinery company dedicated to providing high-quality products and solutions to our customers.  As a CNC Machinist you will read work orders and blueprints, program and set up CNC machines, inspect finished products, and enter job data into the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines.
• Create and enter G and M code programming.
• Use blueprints to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Inspect and measure products for quality.
• Maintain clean work areas and equipment.
• Multitask to operate other machines as needed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Perform preventative maintenance and report malfunctions.
• Enter job data into the ERP system.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience in CNC programming.
• Advanced math skills and ability to read measuring tools.
• Forklift and crane certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.

Location:New Berlin, WI

Salary:
$28-$30/hr commensurate with experience
