CNC Machinist II

Role As a Vertical Milling CNC Machinist Level II (also known as CNC Operator, CNC Technician), you'll set up and operate vertical milling 3/5 Axis CNC machines, perform precision machining operations, read and interpret blueprints, and ensure quality and adherence to specifications. You'll also perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment, inspect finished products, and assemble parts into finished products as required.

Qualifications Proven experience as a CNC Machinist. Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting engineering drawings. Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls and programming.

Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Good understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in GD&T, G-Code, M-Code, and Machine Setups for Production Runs. Experience with CNC Mill (3-4 axis VMC) (Doosan, Fanuc, Haas) and CNC Mill (5 axis VMC) (Haas).
