CNC Lathe Machinist II- 1st Shift Join a fast growing, team oriented, family-owned company, today Job Details Pay (DOE): depends on experience Schedule : 4 DAY WORK WEEK (Monday- Thursday 5am- 3:30pm) Industry : Aerospace & Defense Job Summary Safely and effectively complete setups, and operate multiple CNC Machines to manufacture product, demonstrating cross-functional competencies in CNC Lathe, and CNC Mill. The Level II Machinist will demonstrate blueprint, and GD&T, comprehension and advanced use of inspection tools to produce, troubleshoot, and control the manufacturing process.

Job Qualifications Minimum 3-years' experience in Setup and running CNC machining equipment. Minimum 4-years' precision machining experience. Practical experience with G & M codes, tool geometry, and tool wear offsets.

Superior inspection measurement skills required, including GD&T, optical comparators, microscopes, and manual inspection tools. Practical application of machine shop mathematics. Exposure to basic CAD/CAM desirable.

Experience with multi-axis, and live-tooling machine tools; sub-spindle experience desirable.

Experience with the use of Fanuc controls. Experience with Doosan, HAAS, and Brother machine tools desirable.
