Qualified candidates must possess skills necessary to successfully function in a quick turn, high speed machine shop. This position presents a great opportunity for someone with strong mechanical aptitude/skills and an attention to detail with many avenues for career growth.

Set up and operate a variety of CNC machine tools and controls to produce precision parts. Openings on all shifts: Mon-Fri Weekdays 8 Hour Shifts, Mon-Thurs Swing 10 Hour Shifts, and Weekends Day/Graveyard 12 Hour shifts Fri-Sun.

Shift differentials apply to off-shifts. Requirements Job Responsibilities: Included, but not limited to:

Load and unload parts for machining up to 40 pounds. Perform basic equipment maintenance. Read and interpret manufacturing prints.

Possess efficient math skills and basic understanding of geometric tolerance. Check parts using basic measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and depth gauges. CNC setup and operation; tech tools, load programs and set/adjust work/tool offsets accordingly.

Haas, Fanuc, Siemens, and Okuma controls. Inspect machined parts following 1st Part and in process inspection protocol. Must have CNC 3 axis experience, 4 & 5 axis machining experience is a plus.

Able to change fixtures, replace tool changes and manage tool libraries. Machining and holding tolerances of /- .001". 5s, keeping area clean and organized. JOB QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to communicate effectively.

Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Able to multitask and manage multiple task simultaneous Experienced minimum in the set-up and run of 3axis vertical CNC mills, 4 & 5 axis is a plus. Experienced with multiple metrology tools for measuring and recording part dimensions PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS: Self-Starter / Self-Motivated / Flexible / Detail Oriented.

Honest with good integrity. Professional demeanor and respectful to people in all situations. Willingness to help others as needs and tasks change often.

Team player. Quality Oriented. Possess efficient math skills. Trade school and/or at least one year experience in the manufacturing environment preferred
