CNC Machinist - Day Shift

Summary- CNC Machinist- CNC Mill: We are looking for an experienced CNC Mill Machinist. You would be responsible for producing small batch precision parts utilizing CNC Mills which will include setting up, operating the mill, and checking produced parts for quality assurance against blueprints or other shop specifications. Experience with programming on Fanuc machines (editing or writing) is a plus, but not necessary to get started in the role. 

Responsibility Summary – CNC Machinist- CNC Mill:

• Set up mills for new production runs
• Operate mills to produce finished parts.
• Check parts for quality assurance using blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to verify specifications.

Qualification Summary – CNC Machinist- CNC Mill:

• High school diploma required; any secondary education in a relevant field is preferred
• 2 - 20+ years of experience setting up and operating CNC Mills for small batch production runs.
• Programming experience is a plus.
• High mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Experience performing quality assurance checks using measurement tools (i.e. calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)
