CNC Machinist (2Nd Shift)

(2nd shift hours include a 10% shift premium.) We are seeking the addition of a 2nd Shift CNC Machinist to join their team in Greenville, SC area. Requirements Duties and Responsibilities: • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts. • Interpret and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications. • Program and adjust machine settings to ensure accurate production. • Select and install appropriate cutting tools based on job requirements. • Monitor tool wear and make necessary adjustments or replacements. • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance. • Conduct thorough inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards. • Adjust machine settings as needed to achieve desired results. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may affect the quality of the machined parts. • Maintain accurate records of machine settings, tool changes, and production runs. • Generate reports on machine performance, production output, and quality control. • Communicate any issues or concerns with the production supervisor or team lead. • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols while operating CNC machines. • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. • Participate in safety training and contribute to a culture of workplace safety.
