In this role, you’ll set up and operate cutting-edge CNC machines, ensuring precision and quality in every part you produce. If you have a passion for machining and a commitment to excellence, we want to hear from you Why You’ll Love Working With Us: Competitive Pay with opportunities for growth Cutting-Edge Technology and advanced CNC equipment Supportive Team Environment where your skills are valued Comprehensive Benefits Package to support your health and future Commitment to Safety and Quality What We’re Looking For: 3-5 years of CNC machining experience (preferred) High School diploma or equivalent (required) Proficiency in operating machining centers, mills, and lathes Strong understanding of machine code, shop math, and trigonometric functions Experience with traditional and advanced inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, CMMs, etc.) Effective problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement Your Key Responsibilities:

Set up, prove out, and edit part programs on various CNC machines Calculate and adjust tool speeds and feeds to optimize machining conditions Verify part dimensions using inspection tools, CMMs, and optical equipment Interpret part prints and apply Geometric Tolerancing principles Maintain machine fluid levels, care for equipment, and inform leadership of maintenance needs Maintain accurate records in JobBOSS and other documentation systems Support continuous improvement initiatives and comply with safety regulations Contribute to a positive, professional, and organized work environment If you’re ready to bring your expertise to a team that values precision, collaboration, and innovation, we’d love to hear from you Apply today and take the next step in your CNC machining career.
