CNC HORIZONTAL BORING MILL MACHINIST!

REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have job shop experience
- Must be able to edit and program from controls and highly preferred experience writing programs using Surfcam or Mastercam
- Must have own machinist tools including mics & caliper and gauge blocks
- Must read blueprints
- Must hold tolerances of +/- .001 to .0005
- Must understand machining symbols and speeds and feeds
- Must be able to choose appropriate tooling to perform turning, drilling, tapping, reaming, milling boring and key cutting
- Experience operating cranes
- Wide range of materials experience including but not limited to Aluminum, Steel and Tool Steel and weldments
Mitzubishi and Makino Mills with Fanuc controls and SurfCam & MasterCam 1/4" to 160" part size .
