We are now hiring for a CNC Grinder . WHAT YOU WILL DO: As a CNC Grinder , you may be responsible for but not limited to: Set up and operate CNC IDOD grinders. Check parts for conformance to specifications. Machines parts to specified tolerances. Adhere to company policies and procedures described in the Employment Handbook. Other duties as assigned by management. ABOUT YOU: High School Diploma or GED. Ten or more years of related work experience Knowledge of close tolerance parts. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Surface grind, Honing machining, and Jig grinding experience is a plus. Some knowledge of machining techniques and methods. Requires the ability to follow written instructions and read blueprint specifications. Ability to read, comprehend, and follow verbal and written work instructions in the English language. Be a team player who can perform in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency. Quality-oriented with a hands-on personality, "do it right the first time" personality. Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills. PREFERRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner. Ability to work individually and handle multitasking. Ability to take instructions and communicate instructions as needed.
