program, checking and setting collet fingers, dies and radius of carriage, and adjusting feed,
plane, and bend.
Writes new programs and edits existing programs to form quality component parts.
Operates and visually/audibly monitors machine(s) including, but not limited to, loading and
dimensions in accordance with customer specifications. Review inspection results. Adjust
program as needed.
not limited to, inspecting condition of rails; applying lubricants to rails and belts; checking
hydraulic and air hoses for leaks, proper fluid levels, cracked or damaged tooling/fixtures.
Completes daily scrap reports, production tracking sheets, and production boards.
Complies with all work instructions, safety policies, and standards of conduct.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Successful completion of CNC Bender/Operator Certification training
Minimum High School Diploma or G.E.D equivalent required
Demonstrated knowledge of Hose Product assembly, Standard Work, 5S, Lean, and
equipment operation and set-up
Ability to read basic blueprints
Basic understanding of shop math and measuring skills, including the ability to convert
fractions and decimals
Stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly.
Ability to exert 25-80 pounds of force occasionally and/or exert 10-25 pounds of force
frequently to move objects.
