Job Summary:

• Oahu is seeking a dedicated and compassionate CNA/NA to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to seniors and individuals with disabilities, as well as a strong desire to make a positive impact in their lives. This role will be responsible for providing direct care services to our clients, assisting with daily activities and tasks, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary range of $18 to $25 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer comprehensive benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and ongoing training and development opportunities.

Workplace Selection: Multiple facilities to choose from, select a workplace/ Clients that suit your preferences

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care services to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

• Follow individualized care plans to ensure the needs and preferences of each client are met

• Monitor and report any changes in client's health or behavior to the supervising nurse or case manager

• Assist with medication management and adherence

• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks

• Promote independence and encourage clients to participate in activities and exercise programs

• Communicate effectively with clients and their families, as well as fellow caregivers and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Nursing Assistant (NA) certification

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a healthcare or senior care setting

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Ability to pass background check and drug screening

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Compassionate and patient with a strong desire to help others

• Must be able to work the required hours, Monday through Friday on Oahu
