Join our resident care team as a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), Home Health Aide or Personal Care Aide (PCA). At Whisper Woods of Smithtown, you will have a meaningful impact on the daily lives of our residents by providing quality, compassionate care in a home-like setting.

Employment Status: Full Time, Part-Time

Schedule: Evenings, 3pm-11pm

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00 - $20.25

Location: 71 Saint Johnland Rd, Smithtown NY 11787

Primary duties in this role include but are not limited to:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.

• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support

• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid CNA, HHA or PCA license required.

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred. Dementia Care experience highly desired.

• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment
