Schedule: Sunday 9am-11pm Tuesday, 3pm-11pm, Wednesday, 3pm-11pm and Thursday 3pm-11pm

Requirements What do you need to have?

• Applicants must have a valid Massachusetts C.N.A. License

• Be a compassionate person and enjoy making a difference in someones life

• A qualifying criminal background check and driving record

• Valid drivers license;Use of your personal vehicle.

• A TB screening and Physical is required upon hire and a TB update every two years afte

What Does the Job Entail?

You will be part of a team supporting adults with development disabilities in a residential program. Direct Care Professionals provide assistance with daily activities and ensure a structured routine that includes:

• Individual community outings

• Meal preparation

• Assistance with activities of daily living

• Personal care

• Medical appointments

• Medication distribution

What are Community Outings?

As a Direct Care Professional, you will provide opportunities for individuals to integrate into the community and enjoy outings that interest them. Examples of some outings are:

• The Movies

• Shopping

• Going to Dinner

• Baseball Game

• Bowling
