Job Description:

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Part-Time Evenings at Acacia Health Center (5-Star Rated!)

Starting Pay: $19.00-$24.50 per hour (based on experience and license date)

Shift Differential: $2.00 per hour for night shifts

Schedule: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, 4-hour shifts, 5 days a week

Location: Acacia Health Center - Skilled Nursing

Vaccination Requirement: FLU vaccination required

Your Role:

As a CNA, you will provide direct care and assist residents with daily activities, including taking vitals and administering treatments. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering call lights

• Changing linens

• Keeping resident rooms tidy

• Maintaining safe and sanitary work conditions

• Assisting with resident transfers and positioning

• Performing routine tasks with a smile and genuine care for our residents

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of an approved nursing assistant training program

• Prior nursing assistant experience preferred

• Current Arizona CNA license required

• Valid CPR Certification with BLS and AED training

• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic

• Physical ability to lift/carry up to 20 lbs, stand, stoop, reach, and assist with resident transfers (up to 125 lbs) and push residents in wheelchairs or shower chairs (up to 150 lbs)
