Job Description:

Provides professional and technical skills to ensure safety, comfort, personal hygiene and the protection of patients in the provision of patient care. Over seen by the assigned RN and/or Clinical Coordinator. Reports to the Manager of Med Surg and Administrative Director.

Qualifications

Demonstrates the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on the unit. Knowledge of growth and development over the life span. Must be able to communicate effectively, in English, both verbally and in writing.

• CA Certified Nurse Assistant required.

• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification required.

• Non-violent crisis intervention/verbal de-escalation course within 3 months of hire.

Pay Range: $20.15 Minimum - $25.98 Maximum an hour

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual's qualifications and experience.
