The Grand Pavilion for Rehabilitation and Nursing at Rockville Centre - CNA / HHA Transportation Aide The Grand Pavilion is looking for a talented and hard-working C.N.A./ H.H.A to join our ever-growing team. NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY CNA / HHA Transportation Aide Job Responsibilities:

Review daily rehabilitation schedules and be available, as indicated. Provide minimal assistance of residents transferring to and from wheelchairs. Assist nursing and rehabilitation personnel with transfers to and from vehicles.

Transport residents to and from rehabilitation areas for scheduled appointments. Operate elevators, as needed. Inform nursing and rehabilitation staff of any incidents/problems.

Maintain positive, professional interaction with residents and staff. CNA / HHA Transportation Aide Education and Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited high school or GED preferred.

At least 1-2 years of transportation experience is preferred. Previous long-term care experience is preferred. Must have experience transporting and transferring residents or patients with physical impairments using facility equipment.

CNA or HHA certification is required. An Equal Opportunity Employer
