Calling all CNA's and HHA's

Join our Resident Care Team at Putnam Farm.

We are currently have full and part time opportunities for all shifts.

Base Rate starting at $18 with Shift Differential 2nd and 3rd shifts.

The following opportunities are available: Full and Part time all shifts

Duties include:

• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure our residents have an exceptional stay

• Implementing residents personal care service plans, focusing on preferences and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship and belonging

• Transferring using appropriate assistive devices, bathing, toileting, dressing and grooming

• Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Valid CNA license required

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred

• Demonstrates proficiency at reading and understanding a Resident Care Service Plan or assignment (e.g., ADLs and introductory visits)

• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired
