Los Robles Hospital & Medical Center is a licensed 404 bed acute care facility. Fully accredited by the Joint Commission, Los Robles Hospital has the only Level II Trauma Center in Eastern Ventura County and the only Emergency Room in both Los Angeles and Ventura counties coveted EDAP (Emergency Department Approved for Pediatrics) rating. The CNA works under the supervision of the RN, LVN, or physician, and assists in the delivery of direct patient care. The CNA performs various duties to assist the nursing and physician staff in the care and treatment of patients, in accordance with established policies and procedures, and unlicensed assistive personnel scope of practice.
Reports To: Unit Director/Manager
Current American Heart Association Healthcare Provider CPR or American Red Cross Professional CPR card.
Holds a current CNA certification.
High School graduate or equivalent
Successful completion of the Los Robles Hospital and Medical Center CNA exam with a score of > 80%.
Successful completion of State of California CNA certification exam.
