Shifts include: Day and evening 8 and 12 hour shifts available!!
Assisting multiple older adults in their Assisted Living Community with:
Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs.
Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents.
Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
Transports residents or assists residents to walk.
Turn and re-position residents, alone or with assistance, to prevent bedsores.
Changes bed linens, runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephone.
Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.
Assists with laundry and housekeeping duties.
Dusts and cleans residents' rooms.
Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality) with no restrictions.
Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

To be considered for this position a successful candidate must have:
Excellent communication skills.
Current Certified Nurse's Aide certification (Missouri).
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Must possess a general knowledge of laws and restrictions regarding senior living care, as well as a solid understanding of opportunities and limits of other levels of care within senior living.
Must exhibit and promote a high level of customer service, hospitality, courtesy and friendliness towards all residents, visitors, employees and the overall community.
Basic ability of using Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications.
A teamwork attitude.
Valid Driver's License and proof of car insurance.
Own reliable transportation.
Clean background check.
A drug-free environment.
