Do you like a fast-paced work environment where your day is never the same, and you get to make a difference in multiple people's lives? An assisted living facility is seeking proactive, positive, and skilled individuals to fill PT-FT openings in the St. Charles area.

Shifts include: Day and evening 8 and 12 hour shifts available!!

Typical responsibilities:

Assisting multiple older adults in their Assisted Living Community with:

  • Answers signal lights, bells, or intercom system to determine residents' needs.

  • Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents.

  • Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.

  • Transports residents or assists residents to walk.

  • Turn and re-position residents, alone or with assistance, to prevent bedsores.

  • Changes bed linens, runs errands, directs visitors, and answers telephone.

  • Takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directed.

  • Assists with laundry and housekeeping duties.

  • Dusts and cleans residents' rooms.

  • Dependable and able to meet schedule requirements (attendance and punctuality) with no restrictions.

  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

To be considered for this position a successful candidate must have:

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Current Certified Nurse's Aide certification (Missouri).

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

  • Must possess a general knowledge of laws and restrictions regarding senior living care, as well as a solid understanding of opportunities and limits of other levels of care within senior living.

  • Must exhibit and promote a high level of customer service, hospitality, courtesy and friendliness towards all residents, visitors, employees and the overall community.

  • Basic ability of using Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word applications.

  • A teamwork attitude.

  • Valid Driver's License and proof of car insurance.

  • Own reliable transportation.

  • Clean background check.

The Boeing Company has an exciting opportunity for a Supplier Program Manager supporting the Cruise Missile Systems. This position is located in St. Charles, MO. Responsibilities may include: * Manage supplier coordination with Boeing engineering, quality, and program for development milestone events such as Program Readiness Reviews (PRR), Function Configuration Audits (FCA), resources needed, entry / exit requirements * Coordinate with Boeing buyers on Request For Proposals (RFPs), contracts, and contract changes – layout delivery schedules for RFPs and hardware procurement to ensure USN need dates are met; monitor schedule and supplier's performance to dates and request date changes as needed; initiate and monitor purchase requisitions for RFPs / procurement activities * Review and provide feedback on supplier Information Management Systems (IMS), supplier failure reports and corrective actions as well as Supplier Change Documents. * Engage with Boeing SMEs as needed to obtain guidance / technical support for supplier * Facilitate program status meetings with supplier, and technical and contractual meetings with supplier as needed * Coordinate and engage with Boeing Supplier Quality on quality assessments at supplier, First Article Inspections (FAIs), and ensuring quality requirements are met. * Identify potential suppliers to invite to participate in the competitions * Develop mitigation plan for poor performing suppliers to be included in competitions * Coordinate with buyer on writing / assembling elements of competitive bid packages such as ground rules and assumptions, bidder's instructions, notional milestone development and delivery schedules * Develop the scoring criteria for management volumes; scoring of supplier proposal management volume * Support on-site supplier visits to preliminary down-selected suppliers; supporting debriefs for potential controller suppliers who were not selected (when requested). Export Control: This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship Basic Qualifications: * Possess a Technical Bachelor's, Master's or a PhD degree (A technical degree is defined as any four year degree, or greater, in a mathematic, scientific or information technology field of study) * Experience working with suppliers in a technical capacity * Experience working directly with suppliers or supplier management * Experience in negotiating contracts or managing supplier performance Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in supplier management or supply chain management * Experience in root cause analysis and corrective action * Experience with cost proposal preparation on government contracts * Experience working with U.S. Department of Defense contracts Typical Education: Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience (e.g. PhD+4 years' related work experience, Master+7 years' related work experience, 13 years' related work experience, etc.).
