CNA Evaluator - (Pooled Position)

The Nurse Aide Evaluator is responsible for administering the Skills Based competency testing to students in the NJ State Certified Nurse Aides course at CCM. Testing is in accordance with NJ Department of Health standards.

Minimum requirement is a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution. NJ Registered Nurse License in good standing. Evidence of approval by the NJ Department of Health as an approved Nurse Aide Evaluator.

Prior work experience as a Nurse Aide Instructor or Evaluator is highly desirable.

Demonstrated knowledge of discipline including current developments and technologies in related field of specialization. Strong presentation, verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to use technology in education as appropriate to the subject matter. Please be specific in stating your areas of expertise and experience. 3+ years professional work experience in the subject area. At least 1 year of classroom teaching experience with non-traditional adult students preferred.
