Job Description:

The Constant Observer provides continuous observation of identified patients. The Constant Observer will assist with activities of daily living, provide basic nursing care to the patient(s) and assist in maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of the registered nurse in charge of the team and/or unit. Will report to the ED Director.

• Formal nurse assistant course and/or one-year nurse assistant experience preferred

• CA Certified Nurse Assistant

• American Heart Association BLS/CPR certification

• Non-violent crisis intervention/verbal de-escalation course within 3 months of hire

Pay Range: $21.50 Minimum - $24.73 Maximum an hour

Individual wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an employee's qualifications and experience.
