Liberty has opened four community crisis homes in Ramona, which each serve four adults who have intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as significant behavioral health challenges. To support clients of these homes, Liberty is hiring for multiple full-time & part-time 'Behavioral Support Professional' positions. These roles which will be responsible for: * Providing direct care to clients - rapidly responding to individual client needs and assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) * Observing clients' conditions and behaviors * Proactively addressing problems, concerns and issues * Assisting clients with their medications * Helping to implement behavioral interventions under the direction of clinical professionals * Transporting clients in a company vehicle Available work schedule options are across the following three shifts: * 1st shift | 6am to 2pm * 2nd shift | 2pm to 10pm * 3rd shift | 10pm to 6am These work schedules all include the mandatory requirement for weekend & holiday coverage. All applicants must be willing and able to work weekends & holidays. Qualified candidates who reside beyond reasonable commuting distance of Ramona - who are willing to relocate to the area within 90 days - will be eligible for financial assistance with relocation expenses. These positions offer a competitive salary, with higher hourly rates offered to individuals who have certain relevant professional credentials and/or experience. You must also be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or GED, and have auto insurance - as you will need to transport clients in a company vehicle periodically. Registered Behavioral Technicians, Licensed Vocational Nurses, Licensed Psychiatric Technicians, Qualified Behavior Modification Professionals, Licensed Clinical Social Workers, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists, and individuals possessing an Adult Residential Facility certificate are strongly encouraged to apply. If you don't possess one of these professional licenses or certifications, Liberty will provide you with guidance applying and testing for the Registered Behavioral Technician certification, which will be required within 60 days of employment.
