• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist a wound care provider in various environments including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and patient's homes throughout the week. As a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) working at OnSite, you will be serve patients with wound care needs with a team approach.

• CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) Round at assigned facilities and support the wound care needs of this fragile population. Position patients as directed by the wound provider or nurse Directly assist the provider or nurse with supplies and management of supplies Other duties as described Active CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) License in South Carolina 1 year experience Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
