We are seeking highly skilled, enthusiastic, & passionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate community and provide exceptional patient care Polaris Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center offers a full range of on-site therapy services including subacute rehab, wound care, respite care, and skilled nursing in a homelike environment, managed under the expert direction of our medical team.
