CNA -Certified Nursing Assistant- Columbine Poudre Home Care

Columbine Poudre Home Care's office is located at 915 Centre Avenue, Suite 2, Fort Collins, Colorado and is a locally owned agency providing home care and health education. We pride ourselves on providing high quality, efficient, convenient and cost-effective health care in the homes of our patients. Home care requires a team effort involving professionals, paraprofessionals, patients, and their families.

We are accepting applications for a Home Care Certified Nursing Assistant- CNA - who can be available to work:

• PRN and Part-time availability
• Schedule to be discussed at interview

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting wages $19/hr. based on experience
• Employees who work 24+ hours per week are eligible for a full range of benefits including PTO, Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, as well as Discounts from our Pharmacy

The Home Care- CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nurse Aide and be in good standing in accordance with the laws of the Colorado State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum of 18 years of age and at least 3 months of CNA experience.
