CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant

Canterbury Woods’ Skilled Nursing Facility is looking for Certified Nurse Aides to join our team We are a small & intimate setting consisting of fifty (50) private rooms, with an excellent 1:8 caregiver to resident ratio, allowing for caregivers to focus on providing person centered care to our residents. We are a CARF accredited Skilled Nursing Facility. Presently, we have the following position available: _Full Time 6am

• 2pm with a $4,000.00 Recruitment and Retention Bonus_ _Full Time 10pm

• 6am with a $4,000.00 Recruitment and Retention Bonus_ _Regular Part Time (3 days/week) 6am

• 2pm with a $2,500.00 Recruitment and Retention Bonus_ CNA Responsibilities: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (dressing, bathing, personal grooming, feeding and toileting). Assist residents with ambulation, transfers, wheelchair transport.
  
  Maintain resident care records and document services provided. Report to Charge Nurse on duty the daily needs, unusual symptoms and progress of residents. Provide a high level of customer service and person-centered care approach.
