CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant 12 Hour Shifts

The Village at Morrisons Cove, a skilled nursing facility in Martinsburg, PA, has an exciting opportunity for experienced nursing assistants We have limited space for our brand new _Modified Full Time program

• Three 12hour shifts weekly _Work three days and get paid for full time This position requires every other weekend and holiday. Shifts are defined as 6:30am-6:30pm or 6:30pm-6:30am. Earn the benefits of a full time employee, but enjoy more time off to spend however YOU WANTWe are also offering a $1,500 sign on bonus We schedule below state required ratios Responsibilities: - Provide direct resident care under the supervision of a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, toileting, dressing, and feeding

• Monitor residents' condition and report any changes to the nursing staff

• Follow resident's individual Plan of Care and monitor plan of care for changes

• Accompany residents on transports when needed

• Provide post-mortem care when necessary

• Document resident care in the EMR

• Attend department staffing meetings when assigned and complete education as needed Requirements: - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant or completion of a Nursing Assistant training program

• Experience working with older adults is preferred

• Knowledge of basic medical terminology and procedures

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and co-workers

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
