CNA - Certified Nurse Aide Multiple Shifts

Starting pay of $14 - $18.75 per hour dependent upon shift and inclusive of base pay and any incentives. Please see wage details below.

Shift Details

The following shifts are available:

Day Shift: Monday- Friday, 5:45am- 2:15pm (base pay only $14 - 15 / hourly)

Evening Shift: Monday- Friday, 1:45pm- 10:15pm (base pay with shift differential $17 - $18 / hourly)

Overnight Shift: Schedule options listed on application, 9:45pm- 6:15am (base pay with shift differential $15 - $16 / hourly)

Weekend Shift: Saturday- Sunday, 5:45am- 10:15pm (base pay with Baylor pay bonus ($17.50 - $18.75 / hourly)

Responsibilities

• Responds to call lights and resident needs
• Assists resident in maintaining independence in activities of daily living
• Bathes, dresses, and undresses residents.
• Serves and collects food trays and feeds residents requiring help.
• Assist patients with mobility
• Obtains and records vital signs, weights, input and output as needed.
• Documents care provided in the electronic medical record.
• Monitors for changes in residents are reports to nursing staff as warranted.
• Ensure cleanliness of work environment and equipment.
• Comply with all community policies and procedures, including infection prevention and control.
• Participates in all in-service programs to expand and develop abilities.

Requirements

Education:

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Long-Term Care Aide Certification for the State of Oklahoma

Experience:

• Candidate must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively with residents, families, guests, and other associates in English
• The ideal candidate will be caring, organized, and able to multi-task
