• Provide compassionate personal care to patients, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
• Monitor and document patient health, reporting any changes to nursing staff.
• Ensure a safe and clean environment by performing light housekeeping and laundry tasks.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations while maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Support patients with mobility and physical exercises as directed.
• Foster positive relationships with patients and their families, promoting emotional well-being.
