This is a combined posting for an Associate Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Nursing Assistant. The requirements of each role are listed below under each associated title. The Certified Nursing Assistant provides non-professional direct patient care under the supervision and direction of an RN, utilizing the care plan.

Performs basic nursing functions and other duties under the direction and supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Associate Certified Nursing Assistant

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of certification course for Nursing Assistants.

• Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Experience in nursing home or hospital experience.

Associate Certified Nursing Assistant, Salary Range:

Min: $18.25, Max: $27.90

Certified Nursing Assistant

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of Oregon State Board of Nursing (OSBN) recognized Acute Care CNA 2 course.

• CNA 2 coursework: Grandfathered to CNA 2 per OSBN requirements.

• Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License

• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year General hospital experience.
• 1 year Experience as a CNA 2.

Certified Nursing Assistant, Salary Range:

Min: $19.02, Max: $29.06
