Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement strategic plans, aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.

• Provide leadership and direction to a multidisciplinary team of professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to expand the company's market presence and increase revenue.

Project Management:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of geotechnical and materials testing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and manage resources effectively.

Technical Expertise:

• Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in geotechnical engineering and materials testing.

• Provide technical guidance and support to the team, reviewing project designs and reports.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure accurate and reliable testing results.

• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Financial Management:

• Develop and manage the division's budget, monitoring financial performance and profitability.

• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive operational efficiency.

Safety and Compliance:

• Promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all projects are conducted safely and in compliance with safety regulations.

• Oversee the development and implementation of safety protocols.
