CMT Assistant Team Lead

What You'll Do

Primary duties include assisting in the following:

• management of field staff

• scheduling operations

• safety management

• training of field staff

• equipment management

• mentoring field staff

• performing field work as needed

• Additional responsibilities may consist of business development, marketing, and client development as well as providing assistance to the Construction Materials Project Manager and Department Manager as needed

• Daily communication with technicians, project managers, and general contractors is required

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED
• 4 years of related experience or equivalent combination of relevant experience, certification, and education
