  • This Position is Full-time Day Shift

Liaison for CMNH corporate partners as designated by Leaders. Provides coordination of events for the CMNH Department and administrative support.

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Administrative experience required.

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and database management required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify and cultivate potential new corporate partners for partnerships with CMN Hospitals by participating in canister programs, paper icons and round up campaigns.

  • Provide support to the CMN Hospitals department to ensure all account data are maintained in an effective and accurate manner.

  • Oversees and grow a national event Miracle Jeans Day on a local level by soliciting and meeting with potential partners as well as past participants.

  • Responsible for identifying and soliciting new donors for Extra Life campaign as well as identifying and meeting with venues to host Extra Life meetings/events. Engage with past participants.

  • Provide existing and potential partners comprehensive hospital tours.

  • Attend check presentations events at hospital.

  • Plan annual partner kick-offs and coordinate all aspects of event logistics (RSVPS, catering, event set-up/take down, A/V).

  • Attend annual CMN Hospital conferences.

  • Collaborate with CMN Hospital partners as assigned by Director and provide detailed report/follow up information to Director and co-workers.

  • Assist Director with the planning and production of CMN Hospitals Radiothon when secured.

  • Create presentations for new/existing corporate partners. Update mailing lists with most current information available.

  • Fulfill and organize paper icon campaigns and assure supplies are sent to partners in a timely manner.

  • Supervise and train interns for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals department.

  • Maintain up to date information in Raiser's Edge for contacts and appropriate constituents.

  • Research and develop lead generation for prospective partners.

  • Identifying and organizing special events for partners with Child Life Staff at Hospital for patients and families.

  • Responsible for cultivating relationships with our Greek Organizations at the university level. Attend their events, speaking at quarterly chapter meetings & attending weekend fundraisers.

  • Responsible for identifying other Greek organizations that can fundraise for CMN Hospital through different universities in our market. Provides supplies & ideas for each event.

  • Process invoices and check requests for CMN Hospitals Department.

  • Assist the Directors of CMN Hospitals and Community Outreach with event planning and administrative duties.

  • Process donations collected through the CMN Hospitals canister program at hospital.

  • Solicit donors and secure monetary and gift in kind donations for toy drives, CMN Hospital partners and Foundation events.

  • Establish, organize, maintain and update comprehensive records and department files containing confidential information.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Able to travel throughout Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe and Palm Beach Counties.

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

  • Highly organized, detailed oriented and ability to be pro-active.

  • Ability to work well with people at all levels of an organization.

  • Develops relationships with diverse corporate partners and employs keen judgment.

  • Ability to take responsibility, to work well as a team member and to work independently.

  • Public speaking experience a plus.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

  • Works well under pressure.

  • Able to manage multiple deadlines at the same time.

  • Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, customer service, analytical and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work evenings and weekends.

  • Lifting of heavy boxes may be required.
