The TS is responsible for implementing CMMS adjustments to match flows found within district maintenance groups and to relate adjustments required in shop and field process with Maintenance Management to reach the highest levels of maintenance efficiency. The CMMS is responsible for coordinating with 3rd party groups and at times managing 3rd part groups as they relate to the CMMS to add efficiently to the overall Maintenance Process. The TS must ensure the full implementation of the CMMS and effectively report on the CMMS health, Asset Health, and the Maintenance Plan with associated metrics to increase maintenance efficiency.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Associate degree (or professional training) Business Administration, Information System, Engineering or related fields

  • 2+ years of software maintenance experience

  • Experience with CMMS Reporting and APIs

  • Experience with server data collection and storage

  • Ability to develop and clearly articulate process flows

  • Proficient with Oracle, Fiix, Tableau, Microsoft Suite Software

  • Ability to self-teach, learn, and apply new software and tools

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Plans and manages work and meets deadlines under minimal or no supervision.

  • Frequently exercises independent judgement and decision making in organizing the CMMS function to efficiently manager the full spectrum of maintenance activities.

  • Frequently exercises discretion and judgement in coaching and educating staff on the CMMS functions and best practices for performing tasks.

  • Performs work task in a safe manner.

  • Maintains technical skill set for basic software languages, databases, platforms, operating systems, utilities. and networks as needed to support work assignments.

  • Organizes and provides guidance and training to new or less experience CMMS users. Supports development of Fiix Learning Management System.

  • Database implementation and management for CMMS. Includes standardization of data such as hierarchy, asset types, maintenance codes, workflow organization, work order and scheduled maintenance data processes, data entry, and report development.

  • Works with maintenance systems users to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • Leads the front-end operations of the CMMS and leads the development of new applications within the system, including different types of information reporting.

  • Tracks, reports, reviews. and liaison with Fiix to complete system change requests, data acquisitions and sharing, and user support.

  • Builds reporting and forecasting tools with information to empower other ream members with actionable data to drive the improvement of maintenance processes.

  • Works cross functionally with teams to drive better analytics that inform various growth strategies and efficiency practices.

  • Leverage reporting tools to continually monitor performance, identify gaps and areas needing improvement. Works directly with department and district leadership to design most effective data communication strategies.

  • Assists in enabling effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling recommendations into a digestible and actionable format.

Working Conditions/Environment:

  • Operates in a professional and/or business casual office environment.

  • Visits working frac districts, and maintenance shops.

  • Routinely uses standard office equipment, such as, laptops, photocopiers/scanners, and smartphones.

  • Hours outside standard job schedule may be required.

Salary:

$75,000-$95,000/YR

Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
