NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE Job description Carolinas Fertility Institute is currently seeking a patient-centered, versatile, and dependable CMA/RMA with excellent people skills to join our Charlotte clinic. The desired candidate will have solid work experience with women’s health (OB/GYN, L&D, etc), office procedure assistance.

Full-time weekdays with weekend and holiday rotation. Training (appx 1 week) will take place in our Winston Salem clinic. Accommodations are provided and mileage is reimbursed during training.

Primary Duties: · Abstract Patient Charts · Clean and Set Up Rooms Between Patients · Blood Draws · Take patient vitals · Room Patients · Chaperone · Assist providers with Procedures · Place Instruments in Auto Clave Area · Open Charts / Flow Sheets in EHR · Enter Lab Orders into EHR · Enter IUI Notes / Dictations · Verify Notes and Images Have ported To Patient Chart in EHR · Medical Scribe when required · Pack Biopsies / Samples For Send Out · Scan CMA Paperwork · Assist in clinic OR suite · Help Answer Incoming Calls · Return Patient Phone Calls/Emails Job Type: Full-time Requirements: 1.
