SALARY: $14.00 per hour

WORK LOCATION: Boonville, MO

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide visitors with a positive tour experience

  • Operate gift shop register and restock inventory as needed

  • Assist with special events

  • Maintain (clean) gift shop and public restrooms as needed

  • Maintain (clean) tour route prior and during tours

  • Wipe down stall bars, polish wagon and display harness

  • Sweep and operate power vacuum

  • Pose Clydesdale for guest photo opportunities

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be 21+ year-old or older

  • Ability to memorize a detailed 10 - 15-page tour script

  • Must be dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional

  • Must have a demonstrated interest in the Budweiser Clydesdales and a willingness to learn the in-depth history of the breed and organization

  • Must be able to work flexible hours throughout the tour season (March - December) including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required

  • Must have strong leadership and customer service skills

  • Experience using the Retail Management System (RMS) is a plus

  • Basic horse handling skills preferred but not required

  • Willing to work in all climates of weather

  • Able to lift and carry boxes/inventory of up to 50lbs

  • Able to climb steps
