Part-Time Clubhouse Attendant (Evenings) Needed at Richman Property Services, Inc. in Tampa, FL!
Richman Property Services, Inc. is currently seeking a community-inspired, passion-driven, part-time Clubhouse Attendant with a can-do attitude to join our growing Signature Luxury team at Aurora, in downtown Tampa!
Position: Clubhouse Attendant
Location: The Foundry at NoHo, our 198-unit luxury residential community located in South Tampa, FL (North Howard Ave), 33606.
Hours: A mix or combination of days Monday through Friday from 5:00pm-10:00pm, and Saturday's from 5:00pm-10:00pm. Hours may fluctuate between 25-29 hours per week.
Key Qualifications: Friendly customer/resident service professional, ability to interact with extreme professionalism with Residents and Guests, ability to trouble shoot basic amenities within the Clubhouse.

Responsibilities:
Interact with residents entering Clubhouse to use facilities
Assist with functions at Clubhouse reserved by resident(s)
Ensure public areas and equipment are in clean and operable working order
Check equipment for usage as appropriate (amenities such as movie theatre, game equipment. kitchen amenities, etc.) ensuring equipment is functional and clean, ready to use
Ensure that all amenities provided by community are used in accordance with community policy
Ensure that amenity use is restricted to residents or guests accompanied by residents
Accept packages, place work orders that may be received after general business hours
Monitor public areas for safety including theater area, pool area, grill/fire place area
Responsible for following a daily schedule as assigned by Property Manager
Perform various light housekeeping duties such as cleaning Clubhouse and restroom areas in use, stocking amenities, cleaning kitchen area after use, straightening furniture used, turn off appliances (music, tv, coffee maker, etc.)
Perform administrative duties such as filing, work order follow up, etc. as directed by Property Manager
Secure facility at end of work shift including checking exits/entrances, lights, alarm
Communicate any issues or concerns immediately to Property Manager
Other duties which may be assigned by Property Manager or Regional Manager
Qualifications:
Education
High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
One year experience with general office, housekeeping, interfacing with public
Skills & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License required
Detail oriented with excellent communication, customer service, organizational and analytical/problem solving skills.
Ability to operate various types of office equipment, i.e., computers, printers, copy machines, telephone systems, facsimile machines. Comfortable with operating Televisions, table games, trouble-shooting amenities for Residents.
