Los Angeles based h.Club is looking for a Club Bars Manager.

Scheduled to open in early 2019, h.Club LA will be London's h.Club debut US extension, a vibrant home away from home for creatives to the West Coast. Located on the iconic corner of Hollywood and Vine, h.Club LA will encompass five floors of spaces designed to host and showcase creativity.
The second venture for the group will have onsite health and wellness facilities, a live performance space, bedrooms, a creative workspace, curated outdoor spaces as well as lounges, bars, a member restaurant and a screening room.

As a member on our team, you will be fully responsible for the overall operation and administration of the Club bars, and will work to make sure the beverage experience is consistent and enjoyable for all members, by:
Providing strong leadership and clear direction promoting a strong culture of service excellence and teamwork.
Creating a unique and relevant seasonal cocktail program and constantly developing the beverage concept. Keeping abreast with the LA scene, including hotspots, new openings and trends; using key learnings to maintain local relevance of the Club beverage concept.
Maintaining a cost effective beverage program consistent with Club standards.
Securing LA suppliers and partners across all area of beverage supply & procurement.
You will bring this experience and skillsets
High school diploma or GED; 6 years' experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 4 years' experience in the food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional
Experience of managing P&L and budgetary controls within a Private Members Club and/or high end F&B operation
Proven track record of growing F&B profits and controlling costs
Experience of managing and developing multi-disciplinary teams in a Private Members Club/high end F&B operation
Proven track record of leading, building and maintaining high standards of customer care within their organisation
Strong team leader capable of motivating, inspiring and directing a strong management team in a high energy environment
