Keysight Technologies is looking for a Cloud Solutions Architect for delivering cloud-native solutions across our enterprise, government and service provider vertical markets.

You are an expert in virtualization, container technologies, public cloud environments and easily understand complex customer environments. Drive conversion in the sales funnel by building trust in customers, partners with your expertise.

Responsibilities

• You're the customer-facing solution architect, leading discussions for understanding their cloud and network architecture

• Recommend best practice to enable visibility solutions in virtual and cloud environments

• Become an expert on demonstrating our cloud visibility solutions, with 3rd party open source and commercial integrated security and performance monitoring solutions

• Stay informed with cloud and virtual technologies, Cloud and virtual company roadmap releases and bring back the knowledge to customers, partners and engineering

• Maintain virtual and various public cloud demo environments with the latest versions for demo and training/educational purposes

• Serve as instructor for hands-on training to customers, sales engineering and partner ecosystems

• Ardent customer advocate in understanding their requirements and driving features, capabilities to shape the roadmap to service the end markets

• Experienced in cross-functional team collaboration to bring new product capabilities to market

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent

• 10 years of hands-on pre-sales, sales designing, deploying, supporting cloud and data center virtualization platforms

• Systems engineering knowledge IP networks, including IPv4/IPv6, IPSEC, SSL and related networking technologies

• Hands on use of AWS (EC2, EKS) platform capabilities, Azure, Google Cloud, VMware EXSi, NSX-T and virtual/cloud/container ecosystem technologies

• Led customer facing roles in pre-sales engineering, sales engineering and architecture discussions to design bespoke solutions that fit unique customer requirements

• Strong customer presentation skills, ability to demonstrate cloud and virtual products and re-create environments to validate customer needs and requirements

Location

• US based, travel required (20% minimum)
